Founded and led by Karl Noyer, former General Manager and Head Coach of Swish Factory, Precision Movement builds on a legacy of excellence. Some of Karls coaching experiences are listed below.

• Director of Basketball at Westlake Boys High School - 2023 to present.

• Co-Owner of Swish Factory Limited - 2019 to 2024

• Owner of Precision Movement Limited – Basketball Coaching Business from 2014 to present.

• Head Coach of University of Auckland 3x3 and 5x5 Basketball Men’s and Women’s teams - 2017 to present.

• Head Coach of the Under 18 NZ 3x3 Basketball team at Asia Cup in Malaysia - 2018. Team won gold and went on to play in the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina the same year.

As well as coaching, Karl has also played professional Basketball and represented NZ in 3x3 Basketball for 5 years. Where Karl has played is listed below.

• NZ NBL - 2008 to 2012 (Auckland Stars, Harbour Heat, Waikato Pistons).

• BBL (British Basketball League) 2013 playing for the Worcester Wolves.

• NZ 3x3 National Mens Team (2014 to 2019) Attended 4 x World Championships, 4 x World Tours and 3 x Asia Cups.
