🏀 Sunday Group Skill Sessions: Shooting 🏀

Join us every Sunday for a 90‑minute group session dedicated to developing shooting technique and improving shooting efficiency.

Details:

  • When: Sundays in TERM 2

  • Who: High School Basketball Players

  • Times: 9:00am to 10:30am

  • Dates: 26th April, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th May, 7th, 14th & 21st June (No session Kings Birthday)

  • Included: Each athlete receives a free piece of Precision Movement merchandise!

  • Duration: 90 minutes

  • Focus: Shooting

  • Coaches: Karl Noyer & 1 coach to be confirmed.

  • Location: Westlake Boys High School

  • Personal feedback and tips

  • Drills to improve finishing and decision making

  • Reps to build muscle memory
